Farewell to the Chancellor

The Chancellor, Lord Patten of Barnes, has retired after 21 years of service. During this time he has been unfailingly supportive to Ï㽶ֱ²¥: we thank him profoundly, and wish him and Lavender all the very best for their retirement.
