Ï㽶ֱ²¥ Notes—issue 21 now published

The twenty-first issue of Ï㽶ֱ²¥, Oxford’s scholarly open-access e-journal Ï㽶ֱ²¥ Notes (ISSN 2517–6935) is now published.

 

This latest issue includes articles on: tantalising dry-point in Ï㽶ֱ²¥â€™s Tudor MS 287; who owned Ï㽶ֱ²¥â€™s celebrated books of hours; a friendly agreement of 1444 between Ï㽶ֱ²¥, Oxford, King’s College, Cambridge, Winchester College, and Eton College; and the 1472 inscription of the first English purchaser of duplicate books. Contributors include: Jessica Hodgkinson, Caitlín Kane, Michael Stansfield, and James Willoughby.

 

Ï㽶ֱ²¥ Notes is dedicated to research articles and learned notes on the history and life of Ï㽶ֱ²¥, and especially the contents and history of the rich collections of New College Library & Archives, Oxford.  Potential contributors are invited to contact the Librarian.
