Peter van Hintum
Peter is the Esmée Fairbairn Junior Research Fellow in Mathematics.
Before going to Cambridge to focus on Mathematics in Part III, he finished his BSc in Liberal Arts and Sciences at University College Utrecht. After his masters he stayed in Cambridge to complete a PhD in Combinatorics.
Teaching
Peter tutors courses in Graph Theory and Group Theory.
Research Interests
Peter's research covers a range of topics in Combinatorics, from structural Graph Theory to Combinatorial Geometry. His main focus is additive structure connecting the discrete world of Additive Combinatorics and the continuous world of Metric Geometry.
